Hello Madam/Sir,
I am Mahaveer, Advocate in Madras High Court, staying in Chennai, Tamil Nadu
In my family, we have 3 vadafone connections; I hope I am a valuable customer for your company. But I am not getting the benefit.
I am using Vodafone Mobile No.9095670999, suddenly my disactivated i have given complaints so many to reactivate my mobile, i am my all family using Vodafone mobile only i visited regularly to Vodafone office customer care executive regularly that i will be activated in 24 hrs, regularly i go but i have not received proper response, for your reference – Vodafone store, Vepery, Chennai, Tmail Nadu, Token No.201, Dated 28-11-2018, 10.18.55am, they informed that it will be activated soon.
After that several times I made complaint like this. The response given back is different, but my actual problem is still persist.
So this is the final letter/ attempt to continue with the connection.
Please escalate and do the necessary steps to solve my problem as early as possible.
