- Dear Sir/Madam,
I received a mail that my account got deactivated due to our systems have detected an unusually high number of cancellations in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.
I would like to tell you that my previous bookings got automatically cancelled I have not cancelled. I have been using flipkart since 2014 .I am flipkart plus member ,was close to 50 coins( present 48 coins )after that I was eligible to get some benefits. Is it your tactics to deactivate my account so that you won’t give any benefits to customer. it is completely cheating from your side.
You should intimate me before you deactivate my account.
Anyhow please consider my case and activate my account.
