We purchased the De Feliz Vacation membership in February 2024 for Rs. 84,000. Since then, we have been messaging and emailing them to book our vacation. However, they are now demanding that we pay the AMC (Annual Maintenance Charges) for our first booking.
When we purchased the package, they had clearly committed that no additional payment would be required for bookings within the first year. Now, they are asking us to pay more money, which contradicts their initial commitment.
This feels like a scam, and I would like to request a full refund of the amount paid.
