I have made a recharge consisting of unlimited calls and 6.0GB data for 84days of Rs. 379 on 2nd July, 2020. The data plan is not reflecting in my number showing 0.0mbs left, on the same day of recharge. Also on 5th June, 2020, I had made a recharge consisting of unlimited calls and 2.0GB data. Even then the data has not reflected on my number and my balance has been deducted. This is a serious issue as I have lost almost 100rs of balance unknowingly. Being a customer of Airtel all this time, I request you to kindly reimburse my balance and also resolve the issue with regarda to my data service.
