Vodafone has generated a wrong bill depicting usage of 19.09 MB data usage on 23rd Dec while I was roaming internationally. My usage was 1 MB only. My usage involved  Google maps for 20 mins. I have verified my usage from the Airport to a hotel in Seoul on my next trip to Seoul, South Korea using Jio SIM to even claim it here in this forum. On 24th Dec, my usage was not there and Vodafone had sent an email stating that the unbilled amount on me is Rs. 5010 on 25th Dec while in the original bill the charges are 6207 plus monthly rental and Taxes. The amount Rs. 6207 consists of charges (Rs. 5010 +Rs. 1197) as per the bill sent to me. The standard charges from vodafone are at Rs. 5.5 for 10KB of mobile data usage. The data usage and SIM were disabled for any outgoing or mobile data on 24th Dec night. I tried to make calls to special numbers provided by vodafone to understand/resolve the billing discrepancy but none of the customer support numbers provided responded on 24th Dec.

I have paid Rs. 4250 on 3rd Jan when I was back in India, to activate my SIM as the bill was not available and the details of the bill were not known to me. I want vodafone to correct my bill and refund the money as the bill amount should be in the range of Rs. 1400-1600 instead of Rs. 7618 levied on 6th January ,2019.

Kindly help me by getting me a refund. They tried to delay fixing the bill and have fraudulently after repeat request not deactivated the SIM and have charged me the complete monthly rental for Jan and Feb. I had deactivated all plans by 19th Jan,2019 beyond which my SIM did not have the outgoing facility . Please note Vodafone on 24th Feb after more than 45 days of the complaint, tried to fix the bill by Rs. 319 and did not give any explanation for the charges levied on 23rd Dec the day international roaming was activated. On repeat asking for the explanation of charges, none of the customer care had any idea why rs. 5010 have been charged. The data usage amount listed on the itemized bill for 23rd Dec is incorrect and Rs. 5010 is a flat charge levied on turning on internet not based on usage.
