Would like to explain how they are treating to consumer whenever the issue are coming.

From Last 3 months am facing the same data issue ( they’re deducting some amount of data) on my mobile connection number -9962053094. And also not getting a convincing word from them. From last  3 months they are working on it but they didn’t find a permanent solution.

Very first time, I have registered a complaint in April 2019 (around 20/21 Apr), and till now they have not yet resolved or provided any resolution for that issue.

 Second time, I raised in May 2019 ( reference number –90351768) .

This month they have deducted around 20 GB of data. And after chasing them around 20 days ,they have given back the only May 2019 data and not Apr2019. When I asked them why you can’t give me, they only told me that they can’t. Nothing else they given the resolution.

And again same issue came in June and again they took 19 GB of data. Now they are telling me to wait for a month. Once the bill get generated, they will start working on it.

I am not understanding if they have already provided me for the May 19 month, then what’s stopping them to provide for others months.ans why they’re doing it. It’s all kind of mental torture they have started it.
