Dear Madam/Sir,
I want to say that my name is Meraj Ahmed. Vill Asarha, post Nandawn, Tahsil Marteenganj, Dist Azamgarh. And my mobile number is 8400933444.
I have complaint many times related data speed to VODAFONE customer care. But the company could not resolve the problem. 4G data speed is to much bad than 2G speed of other telecom companies. Due to this problem I registered complaint many time. But problem of data speed is maintain. Vodafone tower is 100 away from my home. But speed is too much bad
So i complaint first time in consumer forum related data speed issue. My consumer forum complaint no. is 1326100.
Kindly resolve my problem as early as possible. This is not only mine problem whole area or village suffering this.
