Hello sir/mam, i am nawketan kumar from katihar bihar. Currently i am going through some data fraud. i am using vi internet services, and recently did recharge of 449 rs. For 4g data connectivity. And they have promised to give 4gb data daily. But I can’t able to use data. They are not providing 4g connectivity. And when i ask about the reasons behind, everytime they are giving me only excuses, not any soft copy and hard copy nor any details about problem. Now they have started avoiding my calls too. So i want to do some legal action against this data & speed fraud.
