Hello sir/mam,

On September 23 evening around 10:00 PM I recharged my number using my Airtel Thanks app. I made payment for 98 Rupees pack (which is a 12GB data voucher ) two times. And I made the payment through my debit card in Airtel app. But after doing the payment I never got any receipt or confirmation message from you but balance was deducted from my bank account both the times. I checked the last transactions for my number but could not find the recharge details. Please fix the issue as soon as possible and activate the pack. Below are the details of my  transaction and number details.

Time & Date:Around 10:00 PM
