On September 23 evening around 10:00 PM I recharged my number using my Airtel Thanks app. I made payment for 98 Rupees pack (which is a 12GB data voucher ) two times. And I made the payment through my debit card in Airtel app. But after doing the payment I never got any receipt or confirmation message from you but balance was deducted from my bank account both the times. I checked the last transactions for my number but could not find the recharge details. Please fix the issue as soon as possible and activate the pack.
