I am not able to use data on my handset due to speed problem of data , i am facing this problem continuesly from 1 year before , on others airtel numbers also ,i have complained about it manny times, and every time i have been adviced from your side that steps have been taken ,we are working on it etc, etc but what can i do if i am not able to use your services,

I as your customer advied you many times for the particular issue but no action have been taken from your side as you all are the service provider and i use to pay the amount of Recharge but i am not getting any kind of data services from your side ,

i am fedup by airtel services, and i am writing this mail to you for if this time no initiative have been taken , then i as your customer have to take serious action against it ,because you all take the money from the customer but not provide the facility to them as appropriate to the value.

Thus i as the lawyer is going to file a suit against the airtel , in the consumer court ,thus before filling a suit i have written this mail to you for taking some action if possible, for my problems .

If no action will be taken ,then i have to take some action. I have each and every call recording of the agents who have advice me , mails copy and complain details with me. Thus this time this is the last mail from my side and i will not be responsible for the other consiquenses.
