Good afternoon sir/madam,

My airtel postpaid number is- 6901252988. I want to deactivate this number for the reason is- this number is a assam number,  I am staying in assam for work purposes. When I come back to kolkata in my home that time airtel hotspot is not working. I reached nearest airtel store. They told me the Sim was damaged, I don’t know why the 6 months old Sim was damage, still I don’t removed the Sim ones. Ok I understand this is possible for the technical issues. Then I don’t use my hotspot for 4 days, for reconnecting purposes. After reconnecting I am using this airtel hotspot properly. Now I have seen that my data is almost finished. When I got the hotspot that time my plan is 399, 50 gb 4g internet. But when I change my Sim to the airtel store, they change me my hole plan. They give me calling plan also in the hotspot service. I don’t understand why airtel give me the calling plan in the hotspot. Now airtel store told me that you have to deactivate the Sim and take a new Sim for the hotspot use only, old plan isn’t activated. And for the new connection I paid 300rs, nonrefundable.

Being a customer I am to much upset for your service, I think my time and money is important for me. I make a BIG MISTAKE for choosing airtel postpaid(hotspot) service.

So please stop my 6901252988 airtel number for permanently.
