When I switched on my mobile data, the Airtel pack shows already used 0.2 gb. When I switched off previous day there was more than 700 mb left, so what made Airtel to show that I have used again 200mb when I just switched on my mobile data. Let Airtel explain regarding this when the customer has already paid upfront the prepaid charges.
First of all we pay for 2gb a day plan pack, but for various reasons don’t make use of the alloted data. So most of the time there will be unused data left. On top of it the company deductes from the next day plan even if the mobile data is switched off. Very surprising.
Airtel should inform the customer the exact switch over time for the next day. That is the time of the server from where the data. gets downloaded or uploaded. Thanks
