Sir my complaint is about VI Sir I am with VI for more than 7-8 years Sir I just Bought new phone from Meerut . Stayed there for 7-10 days
I didn’t have any problem there but when I came back to my house.My Phone network automatically turns from 4g to 3g with no internet connection. Before the internet is good in my area . I have Registered an complaint to costumer care executive of VI on 22 of June, He said on 25june your issue has been resolved but nothing happend. Yesterday I got a call from vi executive 91 1206011100 from this number And she said that your issue is under progress And All necessary technical teams doing to resolve the issue. I agree and thank to Vi but then I ask For Apn (internet settings) for best results .She said after call she messaged me via text but …Nothing come till now.

Please Help me to resolve my issue i have many work with internet.
