Hi, I am Shyju Thomas. I have recharged my vodaphone sim in the month of August 2023, Rs. 299. It’s validity is upto 28, September,2023. As per the plan I should get night balance. Many times they have cheated me. As I am working online I chose vodaphone because of free night balance. They should refund me. They claim 24 hours help but it’s a lie. And also their application gives wrong information. Their chat bot is giving wrong information. The customer care executive says that my balance exhausted. But it’s a lie. I had to recharge 19 rupees many times. I need those money back.
