Hello, the complainant ph. number is 7896741661. On the 20th of July, 2020, IST 23:04, I used up my daily 1.5 gb quota. Thereafter cleared all apps that were running, refreshed my phone and switch off the data button. By IST 00:00, 21st July, 2020, my daily quota got refurbished, as usual. However, I switch on my data at 00:16, and by IST 00.19 I lost 50% of my daily quota. I didnt even get to open an application that runs on internet. Without paying attention, I went ahead with my task when within 2 minutes I get a notification telling me I used up 100% of my daily data. Mind you, there were no background apps running nor do I ever download anything other than pictures. This might seem like a small problem, but tomorrow if suddenly I have to attend my training program classes online who is going to give me the data required to do so. This is the first time this has happened. I just hope it doesn’t continue to do so. It is becomes extremely problematic for me.

We have facing a internet problem last 6 months, and customer care are not providing me better service. i send reminder many times
i am using airtel prepaid sim last 5 years. but internet facility are not working properly last 6 months.
i complained to airtel customer care many time, but they reply we are updating under process, we don’t get any progress.
we are facing big difficultly in our area, please resume your service properly in my area,
