- On 12th August, 2020 I got a call from the company named “Eldora Ventures”,the person who called me said his name was Sandeep Singh. They said they received my job profile and I’m eligible for form filing job. The job description was to fill 610 forms in 6 days with 90 percent accuracy. Atleast 549 forms had to be correct then I would get 32 rupees per form as my salary. They sent an agreement to me and asked a photo of my adhar card (front and back side) and photo of my signature. I agreed to the job and started my work on 12th August, 2020. I completed the job on 17th August, 2020. On 19th August I got an email showing I had 539 forms correct and wasn’t eligible for the salary. Then I got a call saying since only for 10 forms I wasn’t eligible the company gives me a chance to buy a software costing Rs 19,950 (refundable with the salary) and correct my forms. Everything would take 30 minutes and I’d receive a total salary of Rs 37470 (Rs 17,950 + Rs 19,520). I said I don’t have so much money so they said I can buy the software at Rs 15,950. I transferred the money through gpay account. After receiving the money they said to open my profile and wait for 15 minutes. There wasn’t any sign of software or correction. Then they said the work is done and I’d get a call from the salary department. In 30 minutes I got a call. The man over the phone stating he was from salary department said as my credit score wasn’t reached I’d have to pay another Rs 21,740 to get my salary. I said to deduct from my salary but they refused and pressurised me to pay. I didn’t pay as I had already paid a huge amount of Rs15, 950 to buy the software. Now they threatened me to either pay Rs4520 (registration fee) and go to the court and thake back my papers of agreement or they’ll go the court and take legal actions against me. I didn’t agree to pay any further amount. They sent me an email where it is written an fir is on my name and I have to go to the Gujarat district court on 22nd August, 2020 for hearing with an amount Rs 49,950. What should be done next?
Can we talk about it. Because I have got the same case and they threatened me too but I have also threatened them also.

Some people here are also looting money from people in the name of Advice, be cautious with such people and give us a chance to serve.
