Austin advertising Private limited (https://www.austinadvert.com/) is a fraud data entry and they updated in the site as CIN): U74300CH1997PTC019805 & Registration Number: 19805. I have choosen plan-2 and paid 19,900 rs which is refundable as they mentioned in the policy. I lost my job in this pandemic situation, however I started the project in the covid period, however they accepted the payment in covid time, but now the company produced a “NOTICE: Due to unprecedented covid crisis, our management has been badly affected. Payments and assignments may hence be delayed. We may not respond to emails whose assignment has been rejected.” However i completed the project before the time line. I have mailed multiple times to that support team which is mentioned in the website, but i couldn’t get any response after my data entry assignment submission and no more payment/refund of my deposit processed till now (almost more than a month over). Also stopped incoming phone service and removed mobile number from website at the same. Attached last email which received from them. How smartly they used to cheat people using this covid situation. Now so many people lost their money and registering complaint here, Everyone who cheated by them need justice now. They are cheating by using name of government of india, It’s crime. I need my money back, because i borrowed the amount from a friend and i am a jobless person. Fraud guy need to punishable ASAP.
