Respected Sir,
My name is Shrikant Thorat and I want to complaint against Rectitude Technology (Offer2earn).I was contacted from Rectitude Technology by a man asking if I want to do a captcha filling job. I also said him yes, The job was to complete 10000 captcha in 10 days. If it is done then they will make pay me Rs.22500 and will deduct Rs.5200 from it as there fees . But if not completed I have to pay them Rs.6900 as penalty. I think they have cheated me and they are fraud.
They also mailed me(From-Email Id-dept8336@gmail.com) an agreement to do copy and send to that person, but I have doubt and see agreement which is above words (Deducted money 5200 per month) is mentioned.
Because of some reason I could not complete the job and after fifteen days they have sent me leagl notice on my mail ID. It is fake or original I don’t Know .I will attach the copy in the link.
From Advocate Rahul Damoar I have got the legal notice which is fake I think so. Please, it is my humble request to look in to matter with this huge scam which they are playing with innocent people and have no jobs.

Hey, I’m Swagata, even I’ve been getting such messages and emails from high court, arrest warrents and FIR. I’m too very afraid but I guess they’ll not do any such things because if they do then they’ll be caught. Like if they catch about 20 customers like us at least 2 of them will pay them the amount out of fear of court cases and all and thats their profit.

hey dear dont be worry about all this shit.all these legal notices are fake .My only advice is that just avoid them and block their mail ids and also for some days make your phone away from unknown numbers.thankyou

My name is pooja choubey and I want to complaint against stoneteczone.I was contacted from stoneteczone by a girl asking if I want to do a form filling job. I also said him yes, The job was to complete 700 forms in 6 days. If it is done then they will make pay me Rs.17500 and will deduct Rs.4999 from it as there fees . But if not completed I have to pay them Rs.4999 as penalty. I think they have cheated me and they are fraud.

My name is Swagata Barua, I’ve joined eBook typing company they told me to register without any registration charges and instead they’ll deduct from my first salary also I was given to finish the target within 10day with 90% accuracy and if I fail to do so then I’ve to pay them the registration fees that too no salary will be given. After registration they provided me with their own user Id and password but I wasn’t being able to login hence I couldn’t do any task. I tried contacting them but got no reply. After 10 days I’m getting threats like FIR has been filed against me and arrest warrent has been issued so I have to pay 8000 to them. I’ve been getting emails from ahmedabad high court( which might be fake email id) but due to all of these I’m highly terrified. These fraud companies are taking advantages of the young innocent people who are searching for jobs. Shame on them.

Hello this is Praveen, I finished the target set by this fake form filling company “Tornnet Communications”. I even cross checked all the 1000 forms before submitting, did corrections and then I submitted Final. They say I have to achieve 90% on their stupid form filling within 10 days deadline.
Thow it’s stupid, I thought to complete the work as their 1st requirement with 90% accuracy. Now after 2days of submitting for quality check they sent me Legal notice saying I didn’t reach 90% accuracy. See below info sent by them
“Dear user,
This is to inform you that the legal department of TORNNET COMMUNICATIONS has received your case, and we found that your agreement has been terminated. Now, we have verified your case and found that you have breached the clause of an agreement. As per an Indian Contract Act 1872 you have signed an agreement and if you don’t make payment for losses then section 17 shall be imposed on you. We are serious for our client’s Infinity loss of their work. Now, you need to pay an amount as per agreement term. As per an Indian Penal code section 420 shall be imposed on you if you abscond from the situation. Now you don’t pay that amount what our client is demanding for then, you need to pay double the amount and legal notice will be issued to you. Still you fail to pay this amount then, we will call you here for legal proceedings.
If you have not paid the dues till date. Please be informed that this will have a serious impact on your credit history in these following ways:
•You will be reported as defaulters in CIBIL, Experian, Equifax and CRIF Highmark. This will mean that you will not be eligible to avail loans from banks/financial institutions. You will not be able to get a credit card in the future.

I have been through the same situation and a fake legal notice email hit me early in the morning from Advocate Shahil Rajput, Jaipur. They have been sending texts on WhatsApp and E-mails threatening me with a lawsuit of 2-3 Lakhs if I do not pay them Rs 5300 as their registration fee. I have alredy filed a complaint on cyber crime portal and would be ignoring futher calls and mails from these fraudsters. These lucrative offers usually come from quicker, shine and other similar portals. I don’t why the portals do not verify the authenticity of such postings before making them public. Many people who are unaware have lost money and time to these maniacs let alone mental trauma.

Hi my name is zubin shaikh my issue was also exactly same they make agreements and there site have different agreement,I got data entry job for 5 days in that they said if you are not able to work any in between day you can mail or call customer care which do not respond at all and than they only gave 4 days and made review in that work was pending and than they said they will charge 6000 or else will send legal notice and i found one in mail and was really worried if not paid there amount legal action will be taken against me and will have to pay 50 k or 1lakh,mail notice is legal i cant say ,i will try to attach file and see
