On 16th of January 2021 a phone call I received from Gujarat to join data entry job at Focus Aims International where I have to do work from home. They asked me to fill up 620 form with 90% accuracy with in 7 days and promised me to give 33rs per form.
That guy asked me for my documents which i sent and then he sent me the agreement without my consent and as i was searching for the company I found out that it is a fraud but he had already made the agreement without my knowledge and now he is saying that I’ll have to work in any condition.
- The agreement is made on 16th January 2021 but in the agreement sent by him notary is done on 2nd December 2020 which mean he has just edited my name there and attached my documents. This person has done many similar frauds with others too.
- And after fillup the form of 620 . I have asked him to whose Name called himself as Amit Patel (Fake Name) and many others like one Panel Company A.C. Report sender Name Ayush Mehta and Fake Advocate too, I demaned him to send me my salary but they try to give excuses and say that your fillup form is not 90 % accuracy but I have filled exact form . And after that they say you have to pay the Maintenance Charge as Rs. 4999/-. but I already beware of that and I declined to pay them after they say the legal action will be taken. And I say legal action will be taken by me aginst you. because you are doing fraud scam as I ask him to tell me the Corporate Identification Number. They have none of knowledge of company.
- So sir, please look into this matter and solve this problem

A freelancing company asked me that I have to do 500 resumes in 6 days and they will pay me 10,500 rupees..but if I am unable to do the work I will be charged 4800+..it was humanly not possible to do the work in the given time. So on the 6th day they asked me to pay 5664 and even the send me a legal action msg..that they would take a legal action against me..so I paid them..but they didn’t give me my payment and now they are ignoring my calls..and I have came to know right now that they are frauds. Plz help me I am a student and now I am in debt of 5664.
