I am a student and I want to do part time job so I applied in websites but it is agreemented and there msg is:

[5/27, 3:43 PM] +91 99759 12158: Company will provide you 1200 forms you have to fill that forms with in 12 days with 85% accuracy. means out of 1200 form 1020 form should be correct without any mistake.
If you will achieve 85% accuracy in work then company will pay you 16 rupees perform.
your payment will be 16000 to 19000 rs for your 12 days work. This is weekly payment
from your first payment company will deduct 3500 rupees as a admin charges and remaining payment will be given to you.
This is one time deduction after that they will not deduct any amount from your billing.
if in case you cannot complete your work within 12 days or you cannot achieve 85% accuracy in your work then you have to pay 3500 as a admin charges to the company.
It never happens if you complete your work with accuracy.
If you want to cancel your work then you can cancel it within 24 hrs but you have to pay 1500 rs as an agreement cancellation charges.
