I received a call for data entry job from a company named Avion Technologies where I was asked to fill 690 forms within 7 days with 90% accuracy. They told me if the data entered will not be 90% accurate, I will have to pay them the registration fee of Rs. 6150. First of all the data was extremely irrelevant but still I entered everything that was written. After completing the work I got a QC report which stated that the data was not filled with 90% accuracy to which I did not agree with. Still I gave them Rs. 6150 to avoid myself from getting into any legal trouble. But after that I received a call from a fraud lawyer named Hitesh Deshmukh who told me that now I have to cancel the agreement with the company for which I would have to sign an NOC agreement and pay him around Rs. 34,530. I was not informed anything about this agreement prior. I didn’t agree to sign the cancellation agreement, so he declined the NOC and sent me a court notice stating that now I have to pay around Rs.1,37,340 and also asked me to present myself In the court. I am not going to pay a single penny further to these fraudsters.

This company is a total scam. I am currently working for them. They asked me to do the same thing but after reading your complaint, I am sure that this is a total scam. I am not going to pay them a penny.
Even the lawyer’s phone number is reported SPAM.
I have signed up for it maam what should i do next.. i have 7 days to go..i smelled somethng fishy..
Dont do the work and just ignore them. invest your time in something more that is genuine and do something productive.

Help me… They called me yesterday, and says the same… I thought it’s good one says yes .. Now they intentionally blocked my id saying due to multiple login it’s get blocked and you have to pay 7000 rs. What should I do?

Sameee happened with me..They sent me a court notice with total amount of 4.76,000. I am not going to pay them anything.. Because they r forcing me for cancelling the agreement and I don’t want to…Be careful..we all r together..
Their contract is fake is it? N they are claiming it to be righteous. They are telling me see in court n police n all that to whom should I report, can someone pls help!

ignore them brother. dont waste your time with this company and ignore the fraud lawyer’s call and if you ever answer it just ask for the company’s CIN and PAN number. chill

Unfortunately she paid Rs. 6150 and he was demanding extra Rs. 34,530 against violation of NOC agreement. After researching found it’s a fraud company and the person is fraud as well.

I just joined this company, I told them due to it being a long weekend I will not be able to join until Monday, then their executive forced mento log in and get registered so that I could join work from Monday. Butbnow after seeing this complaint I’m giving a second thought…
it’s the same stamp paper with same serial number and same date etc that they gave to me. looks like they are making different contracts out of a single stamp paper. that too, non-judicial. their intimidation cannot be real, and their court notice should also be fake.
they accused me of multiple login and terminated my account. then they told me that there will be penal action against me. after talking for like half an hour, they now blocked my number.
Same job offer call it’s totally fraud

i don’t think u should do any work for them. their data is fake, the name of places which doesn’t even exist. so there can never be real payment. if they call you should tell them that they can’t have contact with stamp paper of same serial number with multiple people.
this is just their way of taking money by threatening of a penal action against innocent people.
in my argument, i told then i am ready to pay 6000, but in cash. they instead told me that i should come to them in half an hour which was again impossible. i guess even in ahmednagar, one cannot find them on the address mentioned. ultimately they blocked my number and mail, and haven’t contacted since then.
or u can ask from someone expert in legal matters, if this contact is real.

I have been a victim of this . My commencement date started on 3rd jan and o 5th jan my acc got blocked and I paid Rs 7999 now I came across this complaint on 07 th jan. my work is supposed to be over by 10th.
the only way we can stop this by happening is reporting to the cyber cell of your respective states . please i beg you all come forward and report the numbers 6389809395 and 8601120518 and 9517381246
I have lost 8000 please save others from doing so.

Do not pay because they doing same to all. Register fir against them quickly then they will never call u nd. All other who r joining this faud company should be aware. I also receive calls for legal action nd others. But FIR registered should be there.
