Respected Sir/Mam,
My name is Raju Sharma and i want to complaint against Sensible Pro Tech (Data Entry Job) . I was contacted from Sensible Pro Tech by a mam asking if you want to do data entry job, I said yes, The job was 600forms must be filled in 5 days. If it is done then they will make payout of 18600 – 5600 Registration fees = 13000rs. but if it not completed then I have to pay them 5600rs as penalty.
After joining they sent me a agreement with all terms & Conditions, after reading agreement i refuse to do work with them, and i had not started job. also i informed to mam that you are cheating me and i will not do jobs. they said now nothing can happen, you do or not.
Sir, after 6 days they sent me a mail from email id:
Dear User,
This mail is to inform you that you didn’t complete your work so now as per the agreement you are liable to pay the registration fee of the company. If not then we have to proceed with further action against you.

after 3 days i got a email from
This is to inform you that the legal department of SENSIBLE PRO TECH has received your case, and we found that your agreement has been terminated. Now, we have verified your case and found that you have breached the clause of an agreement. As per the Indian Contract Act 1872, you have signed an agreement and if you don’t make payment for losses then section 17 shall be imposed on you. We are serious about our client’s Infinity loss of their work. Now, you need to pay an amount as per the agreement term. As per an Indian Penal code section, 420 shall be imposed on you if you abscond from the situation. If you don’t pay what our client demands, you need to pay double the amount and legal notice will be issued to you. If you fail to pay this amount then, we will call you here for legal proceedings.

after 1 day i got a text sms “AX-SPTMSG” The advocate will be appointed for the arbitration proceeding at indian council, you have the last chance to clear the dues.
after 2 day I got 2 text sms from “QP-GJHCRT” Dear, arrest warrant your file has been processd in police under sc.1872, Amt rs 9999 has been sucessfully processed today the police arrest u, police was also sent to your reg address.
Sir, Please help me out I am unable to understand what to do sir.
Now they I am feeling that i m mentally harassing.
