- On the 19th July at exact 1:55. I recharged the sum of #20thousand naira on my Router device whoch i called your Customer Care Center to enable convert my recharge into #20thousand data bundle(120gigs) which your Customer service center told me my data has been activated but rather be couldn’t do his job by converting my data leaving my main balance to be reading as data.please I need my money to be recharged on my device, let my issue be resolved.
