I have recharged my tab (No. 9674884066) with Rs. 251/- on 15 th October 2018 vide. Trans ID R13GV56DR251D2G and got data validity till 09/12/2018 @ 2GB/day.
Surprisingly, since morning of 21/11/2018 i couldn’t access internt as data was snapped for reasons best known to the company. On the next day i lodged a complain at 1149 Hrs (No. 2486622804) at Vodafone store Dalhousie, Kolkata. However, 48 Hrs passed and i am yet to receive data connection. This is aweful and bereft of any fair business practice. I hope immediate measures will be taken and harassment period wil be compensated. Thanks in anticipation….
