Text of Complaint by Bhoomika Munjal:

I have taken the data card from Aortel that they have issued a faulty instrument. due to which i have not been able to use the data card . On filing a complaint they very nicely reversed off the charges and advised that i go to the nearest service centre to change the instrument.

Due to my busy schedule i have not been able to visit the centre and have not been able to use the data card. upon receving the bill i realized that they have heavily charged me and have sent me an accumulated bull of Rs 2500 approximately.  I have made inumberable to request to partially reverse the charges while i pay the balance.  They have refused reversal and suspended my connection.
