On 4th November 2023, I placed an order for Eleven Aura 4.1 120 w Bluetooth Laptop/Desktop Speaker with order ID OD32959529082151300. However, upon receiving the package on 11th November 2023, I was extremely disappointed to find that the product was damaged. The packaging is also demage and I immediately told the delivery guy named Mr. Arum regarding the same and he assured me that if product is damege or defective then Flipkart will replace or refund the amount but still on safer side I decided to make a video of opening the package. My fear was right, upon opening it, I noticed visible signs of mishandling and the main product was totally demage.
I immediately open the Flipkart app and head to return this product where I have uploaded the demage box and item snaps.

On 15th Nov after giving all the evidence to Flipkart they accepted the return request and issue a replacement of product and schedule the delivery on 22nd Nov 2023. On 22nd Nov 2023 till night Flipkart failed to delivered the replacement product and when I called to customer care person Miss Diksha, Mr.Chandan and Senior escalation desk person Mr. Pradeep fooled me on call and cancelled my return request and told me that they will again raise a return request but this time it will for refund not for replacement. I agreed with Mr. Pradeep without knowing that he was making me fool. After few minutes while holding me on hold he just cancelled my return request and told me that new return request cannot be raised because of 7 days return policy is expired. He then told me that he escalated the matter to higher department and I ll get a call back till 24th Nov 2023. On 23ed Nov 2023 I received a call from Flipkart and Miss Rubi was on call and she was not ready to issue a refund of this demage product and she keep insisting me to again placing a replacement request. I had no choice so I allowed her to do so and then she gave me a delivery date which is 25th Nov 2023. But my fear was right, Flipkart again failed to deliver the replacement on given time. Today on 26th Nov 2023 I again call to Flipkart customer care and talk to Mr. Ravinder, and he again give me time till 30th Nov 2023, and said that I ll receive a call or mail from Flipkart. You see now Flipkart making me fool again and again. I request to kindly look into this matter and help me in refunding my hard earned money from Flipkart. I have attached snaps of damaged product which I had received.
