Hello Team,
I am facing an issue since long time (more than 1 month). I ordered a product (Havells electric kettle) from Flipkart on 13th December. Since the product was received damaged so I initiated a replacement.
After around 5 days, I checked the Flipkart app and found that a damaged product has been replaced with a new one but the strange part is I didn’t receive any product though as per Flipkart this has been replaced. So I raised a complaint and the Flipkart team ensured that I will receive a new product & also confirmed that due to some issue, the app was showing this error.
It’s not over yet. Flipkart re-initiated a replacement and sent a damaged product from a different company (Prestige). Is this a joke?
I tried to explain and write to their customer care and looks like their customer care team is not even ready to listen or understand the customer’s issue.
I am totally frustrated and very disappointed by & the service provided by Flipkart and its customer care team.
This is not the way to handle the customer or its issues. I am writing this complaint because I don’t get a proper resolution from Flipkart. I got exploited and invested a month in this small product.
I need my money and the time that I have invested in this issue.
I urge you to please take strict action against Flipkart.
