Text of Complaint by Shubham Parvatkar:

Amazon sent us a damaged washing machine and refused to provide a return initially. When the brand technician from IFB raised a complaint Amazon at first said they will provide a refund once the machine is picked. It’s been more than one month and no one from Amazon showed up to pick the machine for return. I have been following up multiple times but every time they re-schedule the pickup and but pickup is never done.
