Text of Complaint by Dheeraj Agarwal:

Tatamotors service centre has damaged my vehicle twice during service and took 3months to procure the part. Now when I gave them vehicle to fix it they are not delivering my vehicle and not answering to phone calls.. it’s been 5days and the vehicle is at their service centre.. no help even after escalating on twitter.. I had to travel daily to work in public transport and kept following with service people but no help..
