U guys post so many adds and show case customers that u guys are very good in all . But when it comes to customer satisfaction u guys are zero . It’s very much shocking that u guys have sent damaged product .. we placed order in Feb and got in March end. Which took month.. and after receiving the product we raised request for replacement and to respond they took month and after 2 months product was picked .. now for refund no one is responding and we customer facing problem to get refund.. never knew how lethargic u guys are.. to refund amount do u guys need another month or how . Who will b responsible for the credit payment now . Which we have already paid.. I want the interest also back which u guys have delay
