Dear Airtel,
I was at your Silver bird galleria office yesterday for sim replacement for my damaged sim card where I filled the necessary forms providing all relevant details. I was promised that I will get a confirmation call on my alternate line, 08034395473 but till now I have not been contacted and my sim card is yet to work.
