It is in reference to my Order ID : 6264767581 and Query ID : 91356594.
I purchased a Borosil make Jumbo sandwich maker worth rs. 3550/- to be paid on COD. I recived my parcel on 15-10-2018 at around 03:00pm. When I opened the packet, I found the base of sandwich maker was broken into pieces. I immediately filed a return request and refund of my rs. 2662/-(after deducting cash back). Seller has allowed 7 days return if wrong or damaged product is received.
I received a message from Paytm care that ShadowFox QC is their courier partner selected to inspect and collect the item. Next day, I was stunned to see that my return request rejected by courier and they stated the reason as seals are broken.
Reality is that no body visited our home to inspect and not even a single call I received from that courier. After 4 days of making request, I am only getting a keep patience message and no concrete action has been initiated.
So I request you to get in touch with Paytm mall customer care and ask them to refund my balance amount (Rs. 2662/-) and collect their item back.
