Ordered a refrigerator from flipkart, seller was Akshnav Online.The product was damaged, I had raised a return request within 7 days seeing the product had dents but not action is been taken by flipkart or the seller from the past 15 days.The ticket has been raised and escalated in flipkart having ticket number IN24100517244474409328 but return or replacement has not been initiated yet.
