Text of Complaint by Nikhil:

It has been more than 2 weeks since a damaged Recliner Sofa has been delivered by Peppefry and they have not bothered to contact us. We have been calling and sending emails and everytime we get assurance that the relevant team will reach out. Even after speaking to senior member of thier customer care team, no action is taken by them. With such expensive products, the least you expect is a good customer service.
