Text of Complaint by Dileep Gurjar:

  1. I ordered a ray ban sunglasses from Amazon and received a damaged one. I request for return that but no pickup agent came for pickup. Several time pickup created and they tell me that they are not able to contact me. And finally the customer support team says that no return or refund will make against this product. Pickup boy misscall me and when I call he is not responding. My order id is AWB# 75005156085. Some pics and screenshots are attached for your ready reference. Please do the needful as soon as possible.
