The product was delivered with a damaged back and bottom tank not placed properly and damaged . Seems like it was old stock and dropped. Ekart delivery guy Niraj tricked us to give OTP for delivery, even after seeing the damaged product. Now Flipkart is saying only seller will decide if we can get a replacement and have washed their hands off. Raised the compliant over Flipkart portal as well
