Dear Sir,
We are Placed order in Paytm Mall in 13th match 2021, we are received product in 19th march, but the product was damaged. we have replaced the product in the Paytm app. but still we are not received a new product or the money was not refunded. we are trying to talk to the Paytm customer care Executive but there is no option in the Care Number. and we are complained so many times about using the app and we didn’t get any reply from there.
