I have purchased Epson tank printer from Paytm mall on 5th feb 2019 on 7th feb 2019 I have received damaged printer and same day I have requested for replacement after 1 week I have received the replacement printer and I surprised that the replacement is in totally damaged condition and ink has spread inside I have invested approx 17k for the printer now on 19th feb 2019 Paytm mall has rejected my refund and return please help me
