I’ve been trying to return a defective product which was delivered to me on 26th May. I’ve submitted all the necessary proofs and Amzon as accepted the return. No the problem is no one comes for pick. I reached out to customer cared multiple times over call and email but all they do is schedule another pick request and this has gone in cycles for over a month now.
