I ordered a TV on 4th of October by Flipkart and received on 10th October that was an open box delivery and the product was damaged so I returned it for the replacement. Again on 12th of October I received the same product without open box delivery verified with OTP when I open the box product was damaged and that was same product I received earlier. I requested a return same day and return get rejected. Again I request a return with the photos and again my return get rejected. then I call to the customer support executive and he guided me how to upload the images I uploaded many images on Flipkart and get a date on Flipkart app for the return approval date was 18th October but it has been passed today’s 19th of October my return was not approved yet. I call to the customer support executive and discussed about issue and he misguided me. When I requested him to transfer the call to the senior he put my call on hold and disconnected. I called again and again my call disconnected after 10 minutes of discussion. Then I call again and talk to a female executive and requested her to transfer the call to senior, then I discussed my issue with Ms. Nayda approximate 40 minutes and see couldn’t provide me a better resolution many times she also misguided me and given me date of resolution by 22 October.
Requesting to you please take this issue on priority basis, a customer has been disputed by the Flipkart service and many times misguided by the Flipkart representatives. I’m hoping a better resolution from your end.
