I received broken product from Flipkart when I call to customer care he ensures me that he will change it but now they dined for exchanging the product because it was on open box delivery but delivery person does not provide me openbox delivery at delivery time
I m being suffered due to this my order id is OD226706803009019000
please take neccesary action against this
