I have ordered a Flipkart assured product from Flipkart worth Rs 18000/-
I have received a damaged product,I am not getting proper support from Flipkart team or seller for return or replacement.
PFA the invoice & damaged image pictures.
Request you to kindly look into it on priority basis

HI Team,

I was perchansed Dinning table from Flipkart and received the damaged product. I have raised a request for return/ replacement. By today one month completed till now no action taken by the Flipkart/ vendor.

Ordered date: 07-May-2022
Delivery date: 20-May-2022
Return/ Replacement date: 20-May-2022
From 20-Jun-2022 I was called minimum 50 times to flipkart customer care every time they said you issue will resolve in 2-3 days and multiple escalations but still the issue is not resolved.
