I have ordered 5L Fortune oil bottle from instamart but I have received leaking oil bottle then I have raised a complaint to swiggy instamart people saying that damaged product received. Instamart customer people ask me to wait for 6hrs for the resolution after 2hrs I have asked for the status of my complaint they are saying that they can not give me the replacement or refund. I have speak to them regarding the concern that why should I loss my money for damaged products. Need a resolution from you people please
