I have ordered through online on Instagram account name @theblousepost as on 20 April 2022. I had ordered through there WhatsApp number 8140498738 as order was to be placed online. After the confirmation of availability of product I made payment through UPI on this number 9714765366 in the name of Mautik kevadiya. Next day i received text saying the product is not available. I demanded for refund. But they did not saying It’s against the policy of the company. You select other product. After lots of argument i selected other product inspite of not willing that product. I received the product on 25th April 2022. And when I opened it was damaged. I text saying them it’s damaged and I received reply that that’s not possible. I sent video of me opening the parcel and checking it and showing the damaged portion. from then on i didn’t receive reply and they are not even picking the call now.
