i have ordered the refriderator from amazon they told me this was open box delievery my parents are old age they did not undertsand what does this mean they took the sealed refridgerator and upon leaving of delievery executive they opened it after 15 minutes and found it damaged .now amazon is saying it is not the responsibility of seller to check the product but due to old age my parents can not check it and now we have damaged product
