Text of Complaint by Kajal Naikare:

 

I have order one lino perros faux leather bag it was delivered on 10 jul., 2023 but product was defective so i was raised replacement on same day.

         As replacement product delivery set on Friday i.e 14th jul., 2023 but delivery agent not connecting me and mentioned system as “my mobile is not contactable” and same day i was tried call on the provided number and agent talked with me and told me I’ll arrange delivery within 2 hours i.e he was promised me that he will deliver the product till 9.00 pm on 14th july or if not possible I’ll deliver on Monday surely and this all conversation you can check it is your recorded line or i have all this conversation with my phone.

      From yesterday I’m tried to contact your customer executive officer but all not sure when my product delivered and it is canceled by system. I have faced same isses before with my 4 product.
