I ordered a rayban sunglasses worth INR 6,651. I received a damaged product from Amazon. I tried to retun and refund my order. I have tried 6+ times to return this order but they create a pick up every time and the pick up guy never comes up. I am done calling with the customer care as i have called them 10-12 times and they are not paying much attention to my case.
