I have placed an order of 6 kg top load Fully automatic washing machine which get delivered by 16/10/2022 around 12:00 noon, delevery partner was in hurry and and shown me the machine from top and quad side which was completely fine. Therefore I have shared the OTP with them.
Mr . BS Pandey has visited our door for installation and shown me completely broken from inside stand, which may cause to fall and unwanted accedent while washing the clothes in future.
Hence he has clearly mentioned on customer report about the damage and did not install the machine and ask me raise replacement.
Therefore I have connected with Amazon for replacement, but i got surprised to hear that since this product is in open box verification therefore it can not be replaced.
Believe it had put me in a situation to think that i have made a crime to baught a product from Ecom platform like Amazon.
instead of replacing people from Amazon are advising me to take legal action, Will Amazon take any responsibility in case of any of accident.
