Nykaa sent me a damaged rayban sunglasses worth 8631 from order no. NYK-97218887-9417730 . Since it’s a non returnable and fragile product so I contacted their customer care before purchasing it. They said that if any defect or damage arises from nykaa during delivery we will initiate a refund. Now when I have received the product and it’s defective and has came out from the left side due to apply of pressure even the outer box and inner box were damaged now when I am requesting a return they are rejecting it again and again saying that all the weights throughout were same also they are saying that you have applied for damaged and defective product so much that we cannot provide you with a resolution now. Sending damaged product was my fault? They are disconnecting the calls and chats again and again.
